  • Can I try before I subscribe?​​

    We offer one-off small discovery trial boxes at a discounted rate of 120 AED. At the moment these trial boxes are only available for Dubai customers. Please check back soon for trial boxes in other Emirates.

  • How do I pay for my delivery?

    For Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and RAK, we currently only accept orders that are paid by credit card online. For Dubai, we also offer cash or credit card on delivery. If you are a Corporate and would like to be invoiced monthly, please drop us an email at hello@fruitfulday.com.

    For those paying with credit card, all credit/debit cards’ details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased by Fruitful Day.

  • What's right for my company?

    If you are unsure, please call or email us and we're happy to guide you. In our experience fresh fruit energises employees so it's always a great way to start the week or for a mid-week pick me up.

  • Should I wash the fruit?

    In most cases we will wash the fruit for you. In some cases, we may choose not to wash the fruit as our recommendation is to eat it unwashed. If we have not washed fruit, we will label it appropriately.

  • What happens if my delivery falls on a public holiday?

    If your delivery falls on a public holiday, we will deliver your fruit on the following business day unless you request otherwise. If you prefer to request a change, simply email us at change@fruitfulday.com

  • Can I recycle the boxes?

    We designed our packaging with the environment in mind. It is made from recyclable cardboard and we want to make sure it is recycled again. You may wish to “recycle” the boxes yourself as they make great storage boxes. Alternatively, please return the boxes to our drivers and we will make sure that they were recycled.

  • What happens if a piece of fruit is damaged or not satisfactory?

    First things first – let us know and we will replace it immediately. We are committed to quality & excellence. However, we ask that you retain an open mind – excellence comes in many forms. Your nose and your taste buds will never betray you. What do we mean by that – for example a spotted banana might not win a beauty parade, but it is more ripe and sweeter than a green banana. You will absorb all of the nutrients and goodness much more easily and you will taste the difference. Email us at fruit@fruitfulday.com if you have any questions. Please note all refunds of any transactions’s about against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment.

  • Is your fruit organic?

    Organic farming is hugely important and wherever possible, we will aim to supply organic fruit. But sustainability involves making thoughtful decisions – sometimes delivering organic fruit will harm one of our principles – such as sourcing regionally and reducing our carbon footprint. We place emphasis on sourcing fruit that is ripe and delicious. Trust us – you will taste the difference!

  • Can I request changes to my fruit boxes?

    Should you have any fruit requests, we can substitute up to 3 fruits in your box depending on seasonal availability. Please add your preferences to your order notes on checkout.

    For offices, we also offer completely custom fruit boxes. Whether you want a fruit of the day, a mix of apples, bananas, and oranges only, or have another idea in mind we'll work with you to create the best selection for you and your staff.

  • What is the deadline for order changes?

    The cut-off time to cancel is 12 noon the day before your delivery when your credit card will be charged for your upcoming delivery (with the exception of Dubai where you will be charged on delivery). Thoughtfully curating a box of fruit is a labor of love for us, but it also takes time and preparation and we therefore require prior notice for any changes.

  • What time do you deliver?

    We deliver from 8am-6pm Saturday-Thursday.

  • Will it be easy to eat the fruit in my workplace if I don't have a kitchen or a pantry?

    We pay attention to the details and that means ensuring that you have everything you need to enjoy your fruit hassle-free! If a fruit needs to be slices and we will divide it into people sized servings and ensure that you have all of the utensils that you need.

  • Where do you source your fruit?

    At Fruitful HQ, we believe that we are very fortunate to live in this part of the world. Although fruit isn’t generally grown in the UAE, the region is bursting with fruitful magnificence. Did you know that Kandahar in Afghanistan is famous for its pomegranates? Or that Saudi Arabia produces exceptional white grapes?

    We believe that we have a responsibility towards the communities that we live and work in. That means thinking very carefully about seasonality, sustainability and the environment. We reduce our carbon footprint by reducing on air freight and minimise wastage because we can source fruit when it is ripe with only a short journey to the UAE.

    But we will never compromise on taste.

  • Can I make changes online?

    Absolutely. Please log in to make changes or to cancel your order. However, you can call or email us on change@fruitfulday.com anytime and we will make the changes for you.

  • How do you deliver the fruit?

    Your fruit will be delivered to your office in a cardboard box. The route of our delivery team has been meticulously mapped out to ensure timing and mileage is minimised and environmentally friendly.

  • What fruit will I receive?

  • Do you deliver to homes?

    We deliver to homes across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and RAK.
